Good hot breakfasts with local food. Well-equipped room with a safe box, a mini bar and central heating for an amazing stay...

The restaurant here was good with local food, we both ordered HOT dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was really great too. The location was marvellous, relatively near Wenceslas Square.
Had very simple breakfast, it might be better.

Proximity to major attractions is commendable.
The staff's attitude was appalling. Apart from one individual, everyone else was grumpy and unhelpful. The shower cabinet was impossibly narrow, and I couldn't even enjoy a decent shower without feeling cramped. To make matters worse, the temperature in the room was uncomfortably hot and there was a persistent smell coming from the toilet. It was utterly unacceptable.

I ate at a good restaurant with local food. A safe box, a mini bar and central heating were a huge plus. Excellent location, Vaclav Havel Prague airport was 20 km away. And I was close to restaurants and bars.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

great location but needs to improve details
The 24-hour check-in service was a lifesaver! The friendly staff offered personal recommendations. Plus, the room was very clean, with high ceilings and two large windows, airy and pleasant.
I noticed that some amenities were a bit underwhelming.

The breakfast room is in a renovated old bank vault, super quirky! The central light in the room was powerful was good. Comfy bed too!
It wasn't the least expensive place, but for what I got, it was still reasonable.

Potentially Great Stay with Room for Improvement
Despite the cleaning hiccup, the location was fantastic for sightseeing. Pro tip, check bedding upon arrival to avoid surprises later. New bedding provided, but self-service setup was unexpected.
